Facilities
Reporting Building Issues
Please report any building issues to Dean who is the Proctor for our space and he will report them to appropriate parties. If Dean is unavailable, notify Mary who is the Assistant Proctor.
Security
Entrance doors may not always close all the way on their own so please be diligent to make sure they are secure if you use them outside of working hours.
Safety and Emergency
A safety and emergency manual is available on the Staff Resources main page.
Should the fire alarms sound, use the nearest exit and gather across the street in front of the west entrance of the Visual Arts building.
Break Room
Please check the refrigerators each Friday for food items, containers, etc. that you may have brought during the week. The end of the work week is a great time to look for these things and take them home.
Mailboxes
Keep in mind that, as our staffing changes, mailboxes will shift somewhat since they are arranged alphabetically by last name. Your box may not be in the same place today that it was yesterday!
Trash and Recycle
There is a large dumpster and a cardboard recycle bin located directly across the street from us on the south side of the Visual Arts building. Use these bins when you have large amounts of trash/recycle- particularly following an event that might produce a large amount of trash.
Custodial Services
Our space is being cleaned on weekday mornings before 8:00. Trash is emptied from offices once a week on Mondays. Large square trash bins and blue recycle bins located in public areas are emptied daily.
Building Access on Game Days
Because of Homeland Security regulations we do not have access to our offices on game days.
Catering
We are encouraged to use Spectre (stadium catering) for our catering needs but we aren’t restricted to their services (noting that any alcohol purchases must go through Spectre). The catering prices will be for internal users which will be cheaper than outside parties. The catering contact is Carla Lewis 491-6830.

Alumni Tours
The Alumni Office coordinates all tours of the stadium (two per day). Student Achievement will be part of the tour with a brief explanation of our services
